"The Thirteen"

Psychic Instruction Session Delivered by Mary Mentzel to Rowland Barkley February 1989

Part 1
We start at the beginning, don't we dear! And this would be like it in that in learning how to use the referencing of a symbol to be able to feed back information into a system. So I have this symbol of the Heart, and I'm looking at its shape and its size, whether it's warm or sticky or gaseous and if the left and the right are the same size or different.

Looking at whether you're able to love the female aspect of yourself as would be shown by looking at the left side of the Heart or the left side. Looking at the types of energy that you run through the Heart, your ability to be compatible, to be unconditional. These things are also run from this.

Then there's the sequence of having the Wings. There there's the intra-personal, the interpersonal, and the transpersonal, look-ing at how you relate to others and according to the shapes of the Wings and them standing out in different ways, gives you different kinds of information that you can look back at.

Here's the little microchip that we're putting up here, the symbol and we're going to get all this information out of this. We could choose to use any symbol and still be able to start focusing and drawing out all different kinds of information. So that's the purpose of that: learning to read through a symbol, a symbol that everyone agrees on, and in learning to match energy, which is a part of the process that you learn in the advanced program itself, of being able to match energy with other readers so that you're choosing a colour which is the best vibration for that person to be appropriately perceived from, and then all three readers would match that energy and one would be reading the heart with wings symbol and another would be reading the Chakras, and another would be the centre chair person who would tie together the information from both sides as well as what they're picking up in the Aura.

Simultaneously these three people are sitting there matching and running the same energy, so essentially they're viewing from the same room and can see the same images, pick up the same kinds of things, because they're in the same scanning space. And a control in the room then would be watching the energy coming from the person, coming from the three readers and to balance it, and if they notice at any time that any of it is ungrounded, they would focus in on grounding the energy back again or to reset colours, to keep the readers in balance, because as the reader is going along he may come up on something that sticks him and BZLTTT, they go from blue to yellow, and which would change the vibration within the whole line. So you would need to be aware of that and be able to release the image, and come back to the matching vibration. This is the line reading clinic, and it's set up for the students to learn how to work together.

The Saturday clinic is a 20 minute rolling one on one session of either a reading or a healing and a few quick questions. You prepare for that by running your energy, being grounded and the system of grounding that we use is connecting yourself into the Earth from the base of your 1st Chakra; going all the way down into the centre of the Earth, and sometimes I like to attach little crystals to different parts of the roots. Often I see this as being like a tree trunk just "voom" going down into the Earth. With that I might attach a few crystals to the sides to help me be aware of when I'm lifting my grounding and when I need to reassert myself and feel firm with it.

I also use another connection of a grounding sort, and that is from the Heart Chakra all the way up and out through the Seventh and straight on up and into the Pleiades. That's the connection that I make. I find this connection very beneficial because we are, may of us, not from this space. Often when I'm working with someone I might ask them to ground up first, because in relationship to them being able to come into present time, it might be that they're pretty far out there in space, and they're not even used to being in this body and to ground into the Earth is more alien than the aliens that they are.

In the process of getting them to ground up and make that connection into the Pleiades or the centre of this universe or into a Quasar, Orion or whatever place that you might choose, then simultaneously as that connection is made there is a line of energy coming right back down to you, and it pierces through the Twelfth and comes right on into the Crown Chakra, the Seventh.

This line of energy has a specific colour for each time you do a reading. Now today, that line of energy is gold, and it has a violet energy around it. A kind of violet hue, it's not functioning as a flame as often it does, but has a more liquid sensation to it; more like the Heavenly Bodies of Water. And then as we're connecting in with the Earth as we connect all the way in there, there's that simultaneous connection that turns back up to you, comes running the energy upwards through the feet Chakras, through along the edges of your feet, through the toes, drawing their energy in from the Earth, and today it is green.

And it just moves on up through the ankles going through all of those areas of any time past, present, or future that you may have been bound or tied, releasing those shackles, and letting the energy come upwards through the front and the back channels of the calves, going over the knees, through the front and back channels of the thighs as well as through the sides, so that you can feel the cleansing and the releasing of each cell in your body, because it's filling it with this green energy.

Then the green energy washes right straight up into the pelvic cradle and it just sort of starts swirling around again, and it proceeds to go on to each Chakra individually, swirling in, cleansing and releasing and moving upwards, just like the Nile River, going up, up, up until it reaches the 4th Chakra. Here it's connecting with this Gold and Violet Colour, and the three colours may actually mix if they may stay separate. I see that they are staying separate today, and this is to make it quite clear and to understand the energies as they come from the Earth which is symbolic of the One, and from the Heavens, which is symbolic of the Many.

And so the Many and One energies connecting into you and then moving through you, and this is the strength through which you can do an appropriate reading or healing. To bring in the healing vibration as well as to connect yourself for a reading sequence would be from the Heart Chakra, feeling the energy moving upwards through the muscles, and the front of the body and through the shoulder blades and the back, so that you're noticing the energy flow, and then it will move down through the upper arms, and through the elbows, and the forearm, and again, going through the wrist to make sure that if there's any time in the past, present or future in which you've ever been tied or bound, that you are released. And then it comes right on out through the centre of the hands, the hand Chakras, and through each of the fingertips.

You can start amping up that kind of energy for yourself and recognising where you've been using it the most; you might find that you're using most of the energy from the centre of the hand. If so, then you would want to focus on the fingertips and to have that come out more; you may find that you're mostly on the fingertips and you would want more energy to come out the centre, so that you're seeking a balance, and this is also what you're doing with the grounding connection of the energy coming up through the feet. You want it to also move around the edge of the feet and the toes, not just coming through the centre.

There are many minor Chakras all through the body and we can awaken ourselves and attune to these energies. Now as this energy is moving through the Heart and out and over and through the arms, then it's connecting you with being able to work with the healing energy. So that primarily on a healing or a reading sequence, basically the left hand receives, and the right hand sends.

However you can do both if you're ambidextrous like me, you know, they're always shifting back and forth, but my prime reading hand is the left and my prime sending hand is the right. So as this energy is now flowing smoothly, then I can pick up with my left hand the energy in your field, and it's just like a computer screen here. I've got all of this information that's going right into here, and it's going to come back and translate either through the 6th Chakra as a vision, through the 7th as something that I know, through the auditory system as something that I'm in communication with, or it may feed directly into the Heart as something I'm in affinity with.

That added grounding system of the Heart Chakra upwards assists you as you're beginning to get really those high level kinds of vibrational energies that you can hold the image even longer and sustain it, just as if you were training yourself with the EEG; you would be able to sustain being able to be in the same place for longer and longer periods of time.

As I brought forth that healing energy, I may also be able to translate it and to move it out through my right hand and to send different colours into the body in order to open it up to release different kinds of information. It may be on a clairvoyant level I'm picking up a dark shadow in some space and if I'm asking the shadow to leave and it doesn't, then I may choose to shine some purple light on it and that violet purple light would be the highest vibration that breaks down the negative energy in the space; the fastest according to Einstein, and it is true... Because there's that purple burst of energy into that shadowy space will dissipate the negative energy, and then you begin to take form about what it is; because a negative is simply an undeveloped picture. It's something that you can take into the darkroom and develop at any time that you choose, so that it releases some of the power that it has on you, and then the process of taking it through the different washes of the chemicals and things in your own processing lab; then you see that this thing that was negative becomes not necessarily a positive, but it begins to take shape and form, it may even have colour added to it so that you can identify it, and in the process of identifying it, it looses its aura of being mysterious and unknown, which is also descriptive of a negative. Then you may go into neutral at that point and choose to get rid of it.

So in the process of the classes, this is what you would be learning how to do within the same framework of what other people are also learning how to do, which sets up a role of comradery, the energy of others doing similar things, and then that space for the individual is also welcomed and encouraged, for you to begin understanding that the method in which you receive information on a knowingness level comes from a specific space of a specific spirit, or your connection with the universal is very strong, to acknowledge those kinds of things. To understand that the vision that you may see, you may be seeing in waves like heat. You may be picking different types of things going on with the organs in the body. Certainly all people do not see all things in the same ways.

And so there are different gifts within each of the gifts of the sensory perception, and then in this process you would learn how to identify your own gifts, while you're understanding that some of these things are things that you've been doing all your life and they've never been validated nor given a name to, and so you just assumed that everyone did those things, or that everyone thought that way or processed in that manner until there's a fleshing through with others who are of a similar vibration who are working in similar ways; you discover and make more clear to yourself who it is that you are.

With that process you're also doing what we call releasing matching pictures, so that if I have something with which I'm connecting in with you, I may get stuck on that matching picture. Then my responsibility is to know which picture is mine and which picture is yours, and that enables me to release it. I may choose in that process to take my picture and set it aside over here in a box, to come back to at a later time when I want to go ahead and deal with it, and may go ahead and process and work with yours, because the answer's not going to be the same, even though there might me a matching picture.

This needs to be clearly understood. People often make that mistake in the process of communication: they immediately begin identifying with the time that they had their tonsils out rather than hearing the person talk about what actually occurred with them.

This often interferes a great deal sometimes with them being able to give out appropriate information. But as you let go of those other kinds of images and know that you have a place to store them and that you can come back to them, it's not like something you have to deal with immediately, and go and work with the person, acknowledging that this person came in to work with you because you had that up in the foreground yourself.

And we attract these like energies to come into ourselves to give us opportunities to grow.

All healing is self healing.

All reading is healing.

All healing is done with colour..... what colour was that?

Now a third energy that I enjoy bringing in, and I often put it out to the class on a verbal level, is the joyous of bringing the Christ energy directly into the Heart, so that I'm running the Earth, the Cosmic, and the Christ energy as a trinity, and that's really potent. It's always necessary or appropriate, because different people relate better to different kinds of situations. Certainly having that Christ vibration being part of you is an essential in my way of viewing, not necessarily this particular school's ways of viewing, but I find it essential in my life to include that vibration. I find that it gives me a more rounded view, a broader scope of information, that it allows me to lift out of dark shadows much easier and faster. That it gives me a safety and security, that it's so warm it's just like I'm being held sometimes physically within the Father's arms, or that I'm experiencing the Shekina, the Holy Spirit, just wrapping Her wings around me.

So we have choices about what it is and the kinds of energies that we choose to work with, and as we choose that Christ vibration, then it goes through your entire sensory system and really opens for true translation what's going on. And often you'll be missing out on those kind of trivia trash pictures that people just want you to see, but it's so much easier on the body and safer to not have to bring all of that kind of information in.

To be really looking at the person on a spirit or soul level has a lot more far-reaching potential for them to make quantum leaps and get out of a sequence, than just sitting and running different kinds of psychic energy and not including that extra vibration of working with Christ. This is my personal view which differs with that of the school, although I sometimes include it sometimes in my classes, because I choose.

The best healings are done in silence because there are no words to confuse, and the being goes straight to work with the being, and the energies that are needed to move and change do....

As you're identifying these different systems it would also feasibly work back into working with Christ and the twelve disciples and looking at the different personalities that there were within the disciples and seeing those aspects of those personalities within yourself, as well as taking a very careful look at the Judas meridian as that aspect of yourself that would betray you. And sometimes we get stuck in that spot, you know that arsehole, that one that just went out there and really made a fool of himself and didn't quite get it right. That's that aspect that betrays you, that doesn't hold up to honour the whole system.

It's best to have an understanding with that Judas meridian part of you because he is also representative of the scholar, the very learned one, the most wise on an intellectual level of the group. And so it is that part of ourselves that gives us trouble at different times, but as we become more conscious of what that aspect is, then we can begin to honour it and let go of those fears that would betray us.

And then to look at Paul and his letter writing and his problems with women, and we look at Timothy or the different other thoughts of the different disciples, and how their energies were representative of a piece, a twelfth, of the Christ, and to see those aspects within ourselves, as well to be able to clear them, to have them working through in present time.

These twelve aspects may come in as different personalities. Some of them may be representatives from other lives. Some of them may have come in so that they can be released; in other words they have come in to let go, so that another may be born.

We don't always like the different aspects of ourselves as they come out and become known to us, and sometimes it's necessary for them to go; but to understand simultaneously that you don't need to drop the body in this physical realm in order to let go of a negative aspect of your personality which disturbs you; and to welcome that death because it means life: it means birth: it means an opening space for you to bring into you the next ordering of evolution within your individual universe.

I have experienced many deaths to many aspects of my personality as I began to be aware of the total picture, and acknowledging who I am and how they fit with other parts of me, and to have a more bonded union with twelve that can really work together, with me being a respectful 13 or the head that knows how to honour all parts of myself, even those parts that I don't consider to be very important (or actually the most important,) because they give me the support, the balance to make me whole.

You may choose to allow yourself to bring in these different aspects of this twelve, and call them in and ask them their name, what purpose they have, how you're going to be working together, to acknowledge that you don't have to take out the trash all the time, you can also call on another aspect of yourself; so that you're keeping yourself in tune with the rhythm.

The inventor, the scientist doesn't have time to do some things and yet there are other things that must be brought in, so he can only have so long of a piece of time, and he has to give time over here for the butler and the maid to come in, to take care of him, so that he's ready, able, and prepared to be able to continue his cycle of clear thinking.

But we need all of those parts of ourselves to be working smoothly and to not be in submission to one who says "I'm the strongest, I'm the best, I'm dominant", and take up all the time, all the blood, all the energy. To transform that so that there's more of a balance, an equal working consciousness going through all aspects of yourself, which also enables you to move forwards and backwards in time.

The more familiar you become with the other aspects of yourself, other lifetimes of experience, the easier it is to go to that lifetime by choice and pick up a crystal, or a piece of information, scroll, little something, and come back with it; read it in present time. To acknowledge yourself from that space, looking at yourself in a future lifetime, knowing that's when you were going to come back and pick it up. And smiling upon yourself as you; there in the past, reach yourself from the future, coming to collect all of yourself together. Knowing that you had totally rearranged... prearranged this... often is rearranged!

It starts setting in a tone of that vibration which is primarily the energy that I work from: the Heart, from that core central of where energy is read on a vibrational level, so that as my connection with you there as you would be in Australia could be the same as it is right now: that Heart space could be tapped into, connected, and translations of communications could go smoothly across.

And that's a comfort that we have, while we are spirits in bodies, manifesting as humans, that we can find each other's rhythms no matter where we are. It's through the Heart that you notice the vibration, the pace the rhythm of what's occurring. That's what keeps us abreast of the real news, about what's happening with life. The feelings that go through many barriers.

Then we also connect in with the eighth Chakra, which would be like a doubling of the Heart Chakra, if we choose to think of it in that way, which could also be relating back to a double helix kind of experience. There in the eight Chakra is where we have that inner communication with our Higher Self. It's right there at the crest of the Wave, that Flame that's seen above many people's heads. It is the eighth, the Higher Self is there, and has that opportunity to come right directly into the body, so that we may manifest as being beings of light, walking around in bodies.

The more times we ask for our Higher Selves to come in, all the way in to our toes, the more opportunity we get to see with the eyes of Spirit, to know the knowledge of Spirit, to hear the words of Spirit, and to speak the words that come from Spirit, as well as to feel without our hearts breaking, because Spirit is there with us.

As you bring that energy on in to the third Chakra you begin to acknowledge the power that you have by uniting, by giving the commitment to being in union with yourself, and the thrill of that ability to love, and that power to carry it through pushes the energy straight on in into the second Chakra, being able to assist you with the purging, the release of clairsentience, and all the things that it picks up and holds, so that you can feel the real essence of who you are, the "sense-of-sation", and to let that sensory aspect of yourself really function properly when it's running clear.

And as the poisons and toxins move to go directly out through the grounding cord, where they go down into the centre of the Earth, and they're cleansed and become non-toxic waste. The energy from the Second now goes straight into the first. You're cleaning out your survival issues; looking at that primal energy; the sequence of memories of each lifetime of experience, in whatever form you may have taken; all that information is stored there. These are your roots.

To really be able to see clearly without the emotional attachment, without the fear of the misuse or abuse of power, with the real consistency of love, with the adaptation of comprehension through good communication; with the vision that comes from wanting to see the truth on Solar level, and the experience of connecting the solar as one would to reach to obtain wisdom and guidance. Always remembering to be thankful for guidance that you have received, for it is through gratitude that we also release the Ego, understand the exquisiteness of being humble.... and go on living and being a part of the living God. We are his living children; we have much work to do, but it's fun work. That's why it's called the recreation of (that we are). We just sort of slurred the Word and made it recreation.

Part 2
I would like to communicate about yet another system. Again this is not one that is taught in the school, but one that I have experienced by my workings with Spirit, and by having taught it and expressed it with many others, I've seen it function, which is a part of what Love is: love is functional; I like Love!....

So that as we're working with this system of twelve, do remember that this is a different kind of math; it's a connecting in, it's looking for those sets of trinity kinds of vibrations that we can work with. So that in the process of connecting the first with the sixth and reaching the seventh; and as we were talking about earlier, looking to know the parameters of a situation. If I know that I'm having difficulty with my sixth, it may have begun with my first. My primal survival information may have been blown out by something that I saw; I may be holding it here or here.

The fifth and the second connect together, also equally in the seventh; as you find in different times communication is not as clear as there are problems with the clairsentience or the emotions or the feelings, or vice versa. And so going to either one would be an appropriate space to begin a healing sequence, or to strengthen. And the Heart and third Chakra connect together, giving the power to love and the love power.

As you look at each one of those three sets of energies, seeing that the balancing, the coming together, the wholeness of the sevens that they create, by including the above and the below, and then acknowledging the Crown Chakra as a seven unto itself, so that in the process of connecting yourself now even further to be able to include the out of body Chakras, one would connect the First Chakra in with the Eighth Chakra on a minus system, letting go of this energy, and empowering yourself unto the eighth. This can also strengthen the first, your own roots, because that's where your Higher Self generally resides.

Still working with this minus system, and coming up to connect the Second Chakra in with the Ninth Chakra, where we greet with other councils of light, we understand ourselves as being a collection of beings which releases as we do a minus system to have it also equal the seven; the nine and the two. I'm coming up into the Third Chakra, and linking the third into the Tenth; again working with the minus system to equal another seven, so that we have a 777 7 777 going upwards and out. Giving us the opportunity on a multiple level to be able to run that vibration of the Christ energy. To experience ourselves as the Christ of beings.

As we tap into that 11th Chakra: this is where we have the ability to manifest, to really experience, wholeness. And, as you can see, as we connect and would use that fourth connecting into the eleventh, we're really going beyond this fourth dimension into the fifth, expanding our worlds of consciousness to include all dominions. As Jesus said "I go to prepare a place for you, in my house, in my father's house, there are many mansions".

It's also an excellent formula for us to remember here, to prepare places for us before we get there. It's just like preparing to have a parking place be ready for you when you arrive; to prepare the energy in a room so that it's in affinity with you; throw a little pink ball in there. Throw one in your car, on the train; anywhere that you may find yourself during the day that you can send out a trail of energy to precede you, so that as you move through that pathway, you glide like glass, because it has been prepared for you, and you have honoured yourself by being prepared and more than just a boy scout.

To connect the Fifth Chakra into the Twelfth and use the same minus system is like connecting yourself into that river of crystal; communication comes through in all forms in that space. And those that we spoke of in our previous communication: Auriel, Raphael and Gabriel come in at that level. It's like a little tube of pure light energy coming right into that space. Transmissions come through there of the highest vibrational sort.

Because we have, from the beginning, set that intent through that river of Love, we can reach these spaces, and tune in to these vibrations. Not all persons will cause you to go into that space. Remember as you're reading, you're also matching, you're also bringing in a level of affinity. Some people may not have any connections specifically with those entities, and so they may not need to come in in that form; but yet another entity would come who would give them a more specific reference to their needs.

It doesn't mean that we are more or less spiritual than anyone else; it just means that as a process of communication we work at different levels in order to make the most valuable connection.

I'm also working with the energy of Metatron today: Michael Metatron, through the Order of Melchisadek. Because there is an unfolding with the simultaneous opening of your mind, body, and spirit that is occurring as we speak. Even though you be in silence, your words are very audible.

As you breathe in, light comes to every cell in your body. As you breathe out, you release the shadows, the fears, the toxins. Work with your breath to improve your sense of feeling right on the spirit, will assist you in opening up the sinus channels, those connections in the front of your neck, all through.

Here in the Heart I give you the rest of the seeds. You take them and plant the corn, the beans, the peas, the squash, whatever you choose. You now have all the seeds you need, which means that you hear stars.... and acknowledge and give thanks that there are more to come.... But you can now plant within the fertility of your specific universe, seeds of light in their crystalline form that will grow according to your time sequence, and in the highest affinity with you... Whoo....

Part 3
Did you have any specific questions sir?? That was just a little cream off the top! "You want to know what I was going to ask last World?" Yes, what were you going to ask when you came in here? I just started rattling, and I had so many spirits that wanted to speak!

"You answered much of it at a much higher level than I had expected... just a minute, I'll try to focus down on what I was going to ask last world... Last time you integrated knowledge of a lifetime as a priestess. I was going to get you to integrate, say, three more lives for practise, just so the technique could be recorded down pat, so I could run it on others. From the beginning you went on that theme, but at a far higher level than suits that purpose, as lives were flashing by, about two per second. A little too fast, in most cases, for somebody's first session!"

But this is our third. It's our power!

Each person is different, because within that structure that we were talking about, one person on one day may call up the vibration to have you bring forth one of the Angels to speak. On another day they may bring forth Tom over here at the mill to come in, and that's according to their vibration, what they're able to receive. The closer you're in attunement with their Heart, the easier it is to pick that up; Spirit just takes you right to that space; what's the most affinity that they would be able to have. If I tried to give you something that you couldn't have, then you would reject it. And I don't like rejection!

As a technique I would suggest you connecting with a person through the Heart centre, and then you could use something like a time tunnel, if you wanted to go back in. If you wanted to look at the lifetime yourself, then it would be easiest for you to just be moving back through records, to look. If you wanted to take them in where they were directly experiencing the regression (or the progression), then you would take them in through a time tunnel, and remember to ground it, and have them step into that tunnel, and then as they reach somewhere, they could open a door. Then you could start asking them questions about that life, such as how were they dressed, are their feet touching the ground, do they have all their body parts, what body are they in. Those kinds of things to stimulate their memory of bringing in their particular experience in a past life.

If you're doing it yourself in order to gather that information, it would most feasibly be located in one of the Chakra centres. As to a lifetime of experience that is really dominant right now and that they want to bring out to communicate with themselves about, the strongest lifetime of experience that you have right now is one in your third Chakra. It's really beaming and waking up: "Me, Me".

It's actually one that you could draw a lot of value from. I'm seeing you functioning as a Magician, and understanding the real gifts of magic, and you yourself are going beyond what just Magic is and being a real power and being able to use real energy, but you veiled it over by saying that you were a magician in order to make yourself "OK" in that particular lifetime. I'm just perceiving a communication from Spirit there. In the previous lifetime, you had been a scientist who had not been accepted for who you were, nor believed. A lot of your Heart energy drained out in that lifetime because you wanted to develop ways of working with energy so that people could acknowledge this for themselves. It was not something that you were doing on a level of an Ego, and yet many of your colleagues saw it as that, and put you down and ultimately dismissed you, and I'm seeing you as an older man just sort of crumbling with a lot of anger in the heart, lot of pain and disappointment, disillusionment, but not being able to share what you had learnt.

In the lifetime that is the strongest there now on the Third, the one that blocks you as well as helps you, is this Magician who came in and disguised himself purposely so that he would not be out there in that realm of scientist and have to face their approval or disapproval, but came in under the veil of magic, and then began to really do good works.

To translate that into present time: it would be to understand you as one who has the knowledge, the ability, the gift to set up the ritual, and to provide the initiation experience; NOW TO BE RECOGNISED is what will come forward for you in this lifetime. To be able to tune yourself into that.

If you choose, you may go back into those lifetimes again, specifically focusing on yourself. The Scientist lived in England in the 1500's. The magician came forward in the early 1700's, so that they were very close lifetimes together, and you still retained a lot of that vital information of how to transform different levels of energy, and rather than having to go through being approved, you came out through the vein of magic.

Now you have sought to come out again with a new vein of thought. Allow yourself to come forward without the emotional attachment, without the fears, without the veils; to face and accept yourself as being a human transducer, as being a bio-subsystem computer. This individual vehicle does have the power, and does have the knowledge of transformation, the awareness of the consistency, as well as the intelligence to change....

There's one other lifetime that draws a lot of your attention, and that's in the first Chakra, more over to the left side. These two lives we just spoke of were both male; this life is female. My method of searching for her was to show myself the globe, and then pinpoint where on Earth did she fit in, because I'm not seeing her really resident often in bodies as that energy is more Spirit.

I'm seeing you more move as Spirit around the Equator, checking out the vibrations in the different pyramids. You were functioning from the female Shekina aspect of the Godhead without body, which is why it is the different kind of information you find located in the first Chakra. It is also very valuable because Spirit is Spirit with or without a body, and to know that there are lifetimes of experience that we have had as Spirits. To bring this forward on an information level for you, to draw it out of yourself, so that you become even more attuned to that vibration of true consciousness.

What it appears that you are doing in that life, that your job is, with others of a similar gaseous light energy as you were taking (to show some sort of essence of what the form would be like there) was that your responsibility was to watch the energy patterns of all the pyramids that are all located around the Equator. To watch for when, and where, capstones were to be placed. There is a capstone enwrapped: please let me know when you first catch sight of it.

That is a part of your particular gift because of your awareness of those energy patterns of the pyramids, on that horizontal framework. It's part of the grid lines. And the Capstone energy comes down and touches in to each of the pyramids in different times, just as the Easter Island idols are like lovers that we pull back and forth. "An intellectual query: the emotion you had to do with that scientist life: I had it placed as a conductor life in Denmark this century. I have two intellectually contradictory memories: being gassed as a 5 year old Jewish girl at the end of the war, and being a Danish conductor with the exact emotion you were describing and living until I was 12 this life. Yet you were describing the same patterns."

So those were the core patterns as you would experience them again in other lifetimes for shorter periods of time.

Take into context those lifetimes of experience that we were talking about being a part of twelve: because this is not the only body that you are running currently. You are aware of this. You have three other bodies, two on this planet. Your being is so complex, that you're running more than just this body: you have two other bodies on Earth, and one in Orion. The other two on this Earth: I'm getting a very strong Copenhagen; that's the first one it showed me and I kept asking for more reference to it and the second one is in Tibet.

So if you want to know when you're not here and where you are, and what it is that you're doing and what does all of Spirit mean, then you could get a little bit more complex and take in a whole lot more of it. And that's what I'm perceiving too is that I was describing this light body experience of you being Spirit; and what I'm sensing is that those lifetimes that you're talking about of ending in '44 and '59 are those lifetimes that you have had simultaneously in which you have let go of those energies from this body, as well as being aware of those experiences on an emotional level, that they would translate to you, and have come to you from other roots; the roots being that basic scientific life in the 1500's, and the magician's turn around and change of the energy in the 1700's.

Then as you're talking about now, these two lifetimes in the 20th century bounce back there, so you were coming through ahead of yourself as spirit, checking out how to work these things out, going through the old patterns. Some work - some don't. Review

I have a great affinity with you here, because I have had many scientific lives, and I remember that frequency there in Lemuria where I could see myself parting the waves on the Earth, the waves in the Heavens. And yet there was a potential for people to abuse that information, and I let go of the formal; I stopped working on those projects. The information has come back to me now in present time, so I begin again having those same roots without all of the emotional HGHHAKH stuff, and to begin working again now, and see the real levels of how these formulas will not be given out to those who will abuse them, because they won't have the ability to use them. They won't have the consciousness of the light power, and I do believe that we must be able to function faster than light in order to be successful, because the current types of scientists haven't broken the knowledge of what that is.

And faster than the speed of light is how we come and go. Because spirit is above the law. It is not contained in this gravitational field.

We are free. The memory. The formulas. The accessing to that information is here now. We're just now beginning to turn on the little dials and understand what it means.

And we will be in time to do great things like save the rain forest, because we've stopped transportation problems instantly and we've learned how to transform ourselves from one space to another. We won't need cars, aeroplanes, trains. We will be here on this Earth for many, many years. Happily, joyfully, working with the gold within our bodies to illuminate ourselves; not for an ego reason, but because Spirit has ignited us with that eternal flame of consciousness to inspire us, to motivate us to go beyond where we ever could have imagined, and yet where we'd always dreamed. To heaven - heaven here on Earth.

I do not perceive upheavals, destruction, perhaps that's because I won't be in those places, but I don't perceive that as a part of my future. I do see a long, healthy life with a lot of joy, because I've learned to love myself because I continue wanting to learn more about how can I do that, so I can be a better reflection to enhance the beauty in all of us. To be intelligent - functional - like Love.

So, that was three little quickies!

Oh! Was a little eccentric. It was that just because I was so far ahead of my time just didn't understand what I was doing and I wanted to make sure they weren't going to hurt themselves or others. But now Breakthrough!! Now the veil dancer comes out and gives and gives a little report: "See, that's the value of having all those aspects".

And you are the pebbles underneath the horse's hooves.

You are all things simultaneously.

You are the wind through your ears, through your hair; you are warm, you are cold. You are the Earth; above it, beneath it, on it. You are the water both above and below and you are Fire; that has not consumed Itself, but merely given Light to show the Path.

Noi eravamo seduti tranquillamente nella luce soffusa e filtrata dal fumo della saggezza che pervadeva tutto il soggiorno, la spaziosa stanza dove ci trovavamo,illuminata dal fuoco del caminetto e riscaldata dal suo calore e dalla sua luce che purificava la nostra energia.

“Trova dove si trova il blocco nel tuo corpo, lui mi ha detto”.

Le mie spalle. Gli ho risposto. Più precisamente un punto della spina dorsale posto 5 millimetri sotto la nuca all’interno delle vertebre cervicali.

“Prendi la giusta direzione. Focalizzati in questo punto Che sensazioni hai?” Rowland sa benissimo che “vedere” bene queste cose non è il mio forte. Impressioni, pensieri, storie, si ma in questo momento il tutto non si manifesta in modo chiaro.

Qui c’é un coltello o una freccia, gli ho detto. Questo si trova in profondità dentro di me.

“Come é finito lì? Qual’é il motivo, la ragione segreta di ciò?”

Ho iniziato a vedere un campo pieno di indiani,tende circondate e attaccate dalla cavalleria e dagli indiani. Ho visto me stesso prima a cavallo, poi accasciato al suolo ferita da una freccia piombata proprio in mezzo alla schiena. In questa condizione stavo attendendo stoicamente la morte, sentendo la punta del dardo penetrarmi crudelmente attraverso le carni e avvertendo il bisogno impellente di rimuoverlo dal mio corpo Infatti, ho provato in tutti i modi possibili ad estrarlo, nonostante il fatto che si fosse conficcato all’interno delle ossa puntando e trafiggendo un legamento.

Ho sentito il rumore delle ossa spezzate e dolori su dolori cogliermi repentinamente, ho visto il mio sangue copioso fuoriuscire dal corpo bagnando la terra. Ho visto il dardo dividersi in due parti : una volare fuori con impeto, l’altra rimanere attaccata saldamente al mio corpo quasi unita ai tessuti. Così era chiaro che ero riuscita solo in parte a rimuovere quel corpo estraneo dal mio corpo. Ciò che era rimasto bruciava. Lo sento chiaramente: questo brucia! Potevo morire dissanguata o soffocata dal mio stesso sangue che zampillando come una fontana ostruiva il polmone destro. Ho visto il mio corpo interamente nella polvere , apparire indistinguibile dal terriccio del sacro suolo e così in identificabile da parte di eventuali sopravvissuti alla battaglia. Sono dunque ritornata alla madre terra. Sono salva!

Rowland mi ha chiesto di vedere questo evento con i miei stessi occhi ancora e ancora. L’attacco sembrava giunto inaspettato, all’improvviso come un fulmine a ciel sereno. Io molto probabilmente sono stata un vecchio indiano o una vecchia Indiana non combattente già rassegnata in attesa che sopraggiungesse la morte. Allora lui mi ha chiesto di vedere in faccia l’uomo che mi ha ucciso. In quel preciso momento ho visto l’accidentale scoperta del campo da parte del capitano della cavalleria nemica uscito in avanscoperta, l’ho visto mentire spudoratamente a proposito della sua vera identità e sulle sue reali intenzioni, ho visto il caldo sangue rosso dei giovani soldati sgorgare a fiumi durante il combattimento, il campo delle donne, vecchi e bambini rimasto quasi completamente indifeso per l’assenza degli uomini partiti per una battuta di caccia. Quindi, forse era necessario stare in silenzio, e non dire una parola per impedire all’infido e malvagio capitano della cavalleria nemica di comprendere la situazione? Sembra proprio di si.

Rowland, allora, mi ha chiesto di osservare l’evento dal punto di vita della Madre Terra. Ho visto il sangue e l’energia dei mie compagni nutrire la terra madre. Noi tutti siamo figli della madre terra ma siamo figli snaturati indegni di avere tale madre.

La madre terra è ferita dalla nostra negligenza nel prenderci cura di lei,offesa dalla disonestà e dalla mancanza di onore degli uomini che la vilipendono continuamente. Lui mi ha detto: “Guarda questo dal punto di vista della tua propria essenza questa parte del tuo spirito che è sopra tutto e aldilà del tempo”.

Ah, ah. Questa è veramente una visione diversa della vicenda. Io sapevo che si stava avvicinando la cavalleria nemica. Infatti, avevo avuto una premonizione a questo proposito. E nonostante ciò ha mancato nell’avvisare il campo del pericolo. Perché? La ragione é che io avevo avuto una terribile visione del futuro. Il futuro sembrava essere terribile. Ho visto questo nei miei sogni, non c’era alcuna ragione valida per sopravvivere. Dunque, meglio morire ora. Questa non è stata ancora la mia decisione, tuttavia mi sono arrogata il diritto di fare questa scelta scellerata. Uno schema di vita precostituito (pattern)? Si. Un retaggio del profondo passato,portato avanti di generazione in generazione dalla prima volta della sua comparsa migliaia di anni fa.

“Vai in questa vita passata.” Lui mi disse. L’energia della stanza tutta intorno a me crebbe enormemente.

Ho visto me stessa nelle vesti di un vecchio profeta nel momento in cui stava avendo una tremenda premonizione: un’imminente eruzione vulcanica . La gente stava morendo, la terra stava bruciando, tutto scompariva di fronte ai miei occhi: la Morte regnava dappertutto incontrastata. Io ho visto: sono stata bruciata dalla colpa di non aver ancora una volta avvisato le persone del grande disastro che stava incombendo su di loro come una spada di Damocle. Avrei potuto salvarli avvisandoli ma non l’ho fatto.

Come mi sono arrogato il diritto di decidere al posto di Dio? La mia colpa è stata nient’altro che l’ovvia conseguenza della mia arroganza dovuta all’accollo di una responsabilità, riguardo ad eventi che in ogni caso non avrei potuto cambiare, che non mi competeva minimamente. Infatti qui c’è solo un debole uomo vecchio e decrepito.

“Quale parte di te ti ha lasciato?” Mi chiese allora Rowland.

In quel momento ho visto un uomo giovane e bello con occhi scintillanti, dal suo sguardo cosi’ luminoso e radioso si capiva che era un portavoce di autentica pace e di gioia da parte di uno spazio puro ed incontaminato sito aldilà delle profondità del tempo. Il giovane uomo fu pronto a ritornare nel suo legittimo corpo, ed il risultato fu che l’uomo vecchio superasse la sua paura ed accettasse il dono divino della profezia.

Infatti il giovane uomo era chiaro e luminoso come appare chiaro che noi abbiamo il dovere di utilizzare doni che ci da il Creatore. Lui infatti non può vivere in una sua creatura che rifiuti le sue grazie diretta emanazione della sua presenza e del suo potere. Lui non può stare in un luogo che non sia sacro. “Porta la parte dell’anima nel profeta”, disse Rowland. L’uomo vecchio tremava. La paura lo/mi paralizzava. “Accetti il dono della Profezia? ” Ciò sembrava essere impossibile, dopo che per lunghissimo tempo questo era stato considerato solo una maledizione. Lentamente il giovane uomo si avvicinò a quello anziano standogli vicino senza muoversi guardandolo negli occhi intensamente con i suoi luminosi occhi blu sorridendo e dimostrandosi pacifico e gentile.

Il giovane uomo ha toccato quello anziano, dapprima sulle braccia, poi sulle spalle. Standogli sempre vicino, seguendolo quasi alla stregua di un corteggiatore tanto era gentile, squisito ed amabile. Presto sembrò che l’uomo giovane fosse tutto intorno all’uomo più anziano stretti insieme in un caloroso abbraccio entrambi avvolti da una grande ed intensa luce che li illuminava vividamente di un bagliore quasi divino mentre loro si guardavano dritto negli occhi quasi guardassero in uno specchio; in quel preciso momento l’uomo anziano ha fatto un respiro profondo e lento e come d’incanto ha perso tutti segni e gli acciacchi della vecchiaia tornando giovane in un baleno. A questo punto noi ci siamo concessi una pausa ristoratrice.

Dopo un po’ di tempo abbiamo ripreso il lavoro e Rowland ha detto: “Lascia la parte dell’anima con il profeta e prendi il potere che ti appartiene,il dono della profezia è qui ora, giunto attraverso le pieghe del tempo”. La paura mi ha paralizzato.Il dono della profezia? Per me? Ora? Ma chi lo voleva? Io ho pensato tra me e me. Proprio ora, con tutte le sofferenze che stava patendo il pianeta Terra, l’organismo vivente di cui tutti noi facciamo parte, il cui cuore appare straziato da mille tormenti frutto della negligenza e della disonestà del genere umano, e con la nefasta prospettiva di molti altri mali simili aldilà da venire.

Ma ricordare e valorizzare i propri doni é terribilmente importante. Ricordati la parabola dei 10 Talenti .Noi abbiamo i nostri poteri non per seppellirli sotto un cumulo di terra ma per utilizzarli e svilupparli. Ciò che Dio ci ha donato ce l’ha dato per una ragione ben precisa e noi siamo chiamati a realizzare il suo disegno. Ho finalmente lasciato andare ogni resistenza e ho atteso in silenzio che si compisse il mio destino. Dopo aver guardato cosa mi riservava il futuro, Rowland disse: “Dopo aver attraversato lo spazio profondo tu ora ti trovi nel luogo sito aldilà del tempo, questa verità non mi è mai stata così chiara prima d’ora—prendi con te il dono della profezia”. Lentamente Io potevo sentire questo all’interno del mio corpo stava propagandosi a ritmo lento ma serrato, cellula per cellula in tutte le parti di esso. Questo processo durò finché dalla testa ai piedi Io ero entrata in perfetta risonanza con tale energia che pulsava e turbinava tutta attorno a me.

«Ora lentamente apri i tuoi occhi e guarda questo posto dal luogo dove tu sei ora».

Gradualmente per alcuni minuti che mi sono sembrati delle ore, io ho aperto un po’ i miei occhi piano piano a fessura. In quel mentre ho avuto consapevolezza di tutti gli schemi di vita sia della luce che delle tenebre appartenenti a quel luogo, sembrava che la luce della candela fosse sospesa nel vuoto avulsa dal tempo e dallo spazio.
“Non ho mai visto niente di simile prima d’ora” ,disse Rowland. “Infatti, quando si incrementa il livello di energia tutto intorno io di solito non riesco a vedere le persone, ora invece riesco a vedere chiaramente il tuo viso splendere bello e radioso nella luce”.

Mi sono sentita straordinariamente pura come un perfetto cristallo, meravigliosamente allineato e sintonizzato con la luce. Il mio corpo ha iniziato a tremare, e investita da quest’ altissima frequenza energetica ho iniziato a vibrare vistosamente ed il mio corpo seguiva questo ritmo. Piano piano sono ritornata all’interno della stanza allo stato cosciente. In seguito abbiamo fatto un’altra pausa, bevendo insieme una tazza di tè.

Quando il flusso energetico di Rowland mi investì , avevo tanta voglia di piangere. Allora le lacrime sgorgarono spontaneamente dai miei occhi. La sensazione che ebbi fu travolgente, avvertii il mio corpo risuonare a lungo come un organo in chiesa, profondamente scosso come da un terremoto ma totalmente immerso nella quiete e nell’oscurità.
In quel preciso momento ho detto a me stessa: “Io accetto il dono della profezia, Io accetto il dono della profezia, Io accetto il dono della profezia. Ancora,ancora di più finché questo non diventi la mia realtà”.

Subito dopo ho guardato in direzione di Rowland e l’ho visto sotto molteplici aspetti. Il passato? Il futuro? Il presente? Ho percepito, attraverso le ere, in tutta la sua forza e in tutta la sua pienezza la sua sensibilità profondamente ed intimamente connessa in modo avventuroso con le energie fisiche della natura, straordinariamente piena e pregna dell’amore universale, in accordo perfetto e formidabile con la concezione della vita come una avventura unica e straordinaria. “Il giovane Francesco d’Assisi prima della rivelazione? “Tu avrai presto una profonda esperienza religiosa”, Ho detto a Rowland. “Che cosa pensi che proverò ora?” Lui mi rispose.

Più tardi noi abbiamo a lungo parlato di questo. Io gli ho descritto minuziosamente l’immagine che mi era apparsa. Era chiaro che in essa fossero inclusi tutti gli aspetti mentali e spirituali intimamente legati al potere che lui aveva ricevuto da Dio. La sua straordinaria e divina creatività si esprimeva in tutta la sua potenza, permettendogli di volare in alto attraverso tutti i piani della creazione e fare in modo eccellente il suo lavoro sciamanico. Così lui ha creato la sua vita ad immagine e somiglianza della divina ed armoniosa musica di un pianoforte ben accordato e suonato da un autentico maestro. Lui mi ha detto: “Sicuro, è proprio cosi’!”. “Il divino maestro di piano suona il suo strumento planando con le dita sulla tastiera ,creando delle onde di energia pura che diventano motivi musicali antichi o moderni a seconda delle esigenze, in un perfetto movimento armonico in familiare e lirica sintonia con il ritmo dell’universo.

E’ vero o non è vero noi occultiamo il nostro proprio potere solo per la paura di abusarne e così creare per le nostre esistenze un Karma negativo? Conosco moltissime persone in questo mondo che fanno questo chiudendosi, reprimendosi, chinando in basso in modo rassegnato le proprie teste e amando la sensazione d’impotenza e di pesante torpore che si ha quando si ha paura e si rinuncia ad agire.

Per Rowland qui c’è da fare molto di più: per liberarsi da queste catene bisogna riuscire ad esprimere pienamente la propria parte creativa. A questo proposito la prima cosa da fare é porre molta attenzione e focalizzarsi seriamente sugli aspetti fisici ed emozionali della questione. Ho provato a descrivergli un’immagine che avevo appena visto: “Un giovane bucaniere, Douglas Fairbanks, amante del suo corpo e de i piaceri materiali e fisici della vita, dotato di un carattere rabbioso ed esuberante che si esprimeva in ogni istante della sua vita e spesso esplodeva in una grande e fragorosa risata che aveva il potere di sdrammatizzare e ridicolizzare tutto”.

Ciò che avevo visto era esattamente quello che Rowland intendeva.

Poi noi abbiamo a lungo discusso a proposito del dono della profezia.

“Perché di questi tempi uno dovrebbe desiderare di diventare un profeta?” Io gli ho chiesto.

“Le profezie notoriamente falliscono il loro obiettivo in tempi difficili e caotici come il nostro. I profeti possono confondere gli venti posti sul piano di una realtà non ordinaria con quelli che invece si manifestano sulla realtà ordinaria”. Lui mi ha risposto.

Questo perché alcune predizioni di eventi fisici non si concretizzano ma comunque sia avere la capacità di vedere cosa si staglia all’orizzonte è molto importante perché permette di acquisire consapevolezza su avvenimenti che non si sono ancora verificati dando la possibilità concreta di cambiarli.
Il trucco per riuscire a fare questo gioco é di essere profeta non solo in ambito meramente fisico ma anche sul piano spirituale. Questa visione realmente olistica della profezia può realmente permettere alle persone di conoscere ciò che sta per capitare sulla Terra, il grande imminente cambiamento che porterà a una purificazione e a ringiovanimento della Terra stessa in un straordinario movimento di rinnovamento cosmico. Dunque si riaffermerà con forza il principio di unità originario: La Morte non è la fine. Noi siamo tutti esseri divini, creati ad immagine e somiglianza di Dio, e fatti della sua stessa sostanza: immutabili, immortali, imprigionati solo dalle nostre credenze e dai limiti che ci poniamo.

Quando noi abbandoniamo i nostri corpi, noi lasciamo solo una forma. In questa fase particolare prima di reincarnarci nuovamente e continuare il nostro percorso di crescita possiamo venire imprigionati da alcune strutture del nostro pensiero ma noi non abbiamo bisogno di ciò. Infatti,come i nani nella stalla descritti da C.S. Lewis, noi ci troviamo seduti nell’oscurità e timorosi di uscire all’aria aperta proprio nel mezzo di un campo di fiori costantemente baciato dalla luce del sole benedetta dall’immenso Amore di Aslan, il leone, Il Creatore che ci chiede di avere il coraggio di fare tale passo e di avere il coraggio di essere noi stessi ancora e ancora per tutto l’arco dell’eternità. Il “no” a questa richiesta segna la il predominio della paura. Invece il “si” da l’entusiastico consenso a continuare senza alcun timore la grande avventura dell’esistenza.
